We will have A/B/C groups again this year along with 2 different routes that will alternate each week.

We've got a new program planned for 2013!!
Once a month we will pick a local event to participate in. Some will be cycling, some running, it's an open idea! Our goal is to get moving and enjoy more of our local events and support local charities along the way.
Feb - We enjoyed our Valentines 5k sponsored by the Vanguard Cross Country team! Well run event and great scenic run through the Silver Run park.
March - Connor and Shannon participated in the HITS triathlon series. Taking home 3rd and 1st in their respective races.
April - Hammerhead ??(more details soon), we are still deciding on this one.
